We aim to respond to every email within 48 hours during the business week (Monday through Friday). Emails sent on weekends or public holidays will be answered on the next business day. What to Include in Your Email
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include as much of the following information as possible:

- A clear subject line — for example, "Bug in PDF export" or "Question about ATS Mode".
- A detailed description — tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, and what steps you took. The more detail, the faster we can help.
- The page URL — if your issue is on a specific page (for example,
/resume-for-software-engineer.html), include the full URL from your browser's address bar. - Your browser and device — for example, "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone 14". This helps us reproduce and fix technical issues.
- Screenshots — if you encountered a visual bug or error message, a screenshot is the fastest way for us to see what you are seeing.

Do you offer phone support?
No — we currently offer email support only. This allows us to keep the service free and to handle inquiries efficiently. Email also lets us share screenshots, links, and step-by-step instructions that are harder to communicate over the phone.
Can you review my resume?
We are not able to review individual resumes due to the volume of requests we receive. However, our resume guides cover the most common questions — what to include, what to avoid, how to format for ATS, and how to tailor for specific roles and countries. If you have a specific question about the builder tool itself, we are happy to help with that.
I lost my resume data. Can you recover it?
Because your resume data is stored only in your browser's local storage (and never on our servers), we cannot recover it if your browser data is cleared. We strongly recommend using the "Save JSON" button in the builder regularly to create a backup file you can re-import later. If you exported a JSON file before losing your data, you can re-import it to restore everything.

Is the builder really free?
